摘 要:目的 :评价铁铬钼软磁合金与 4种口腔常用合金在模拟口腔环境中的电偶腐蚀性能。方法 :运用电化学方法测量软磁合金与钛 75合金 ,纯钛TA2 型 ,Ni Cr烤瓷合金 ,Co Cr合金组成电偶对后的自腐蚀电位 (Ecorr) ,阳极极化曲线 ,电偶电流密度 ,分析软磁合金与不同金属偶接后的耐腐蚀能力。结果 :5种合金材料的Ecorr值均相差显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;电偶电流密度各组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,电流密度值均极小。结论Objective: To study the property of galvanic corrosion of soft magnetic alloy and 4 kinds of dental alloys in simulated oral environment. Methods: 6 samples of Ni Cr, TA 2, Ti75 and 30 of Fe 16Cr 2Mo in the size of d 15 mm×3 mm were prepared and put into artificial saliva. An electrochemical method was used in the measurement of electric potential of corrosion (Ecorr), potential dynamic polarization and galvanic current density of different galvanic couple, the anticorrosive property of four galvanic couples was analyzed statistically. Results: The ecorr value(mV) of Ti75, TA 2, Co Cr,Fe 16Cr 2Mo and Ni Cr was -138.31±2.89, -150.35±1.04, -186.21±3.79, -218.35±0.84 and -240.49±1.73 respectively ( P <0.05). The galvanic current density (nA/cm 2) of galvanic couple of Ti75, TA 2, Co Cr and Ni Cr was 40.98±2.21, 43.38±22.88, 55.25±11.61 and 53.43±15.21 respectively( P <0.05). Conclusion: The galvanic corrosion between Fe 16Cr 2Mo soft magnetic alloy and dental alloys in common use in oral environment may not be taken into account.
