摘　　要：提出信息系统的构建与应用能力是信息化成功的最终原因,并以上海三菱电梯有限公司为例,具体分析了构建与应用能力的组成因素,说明了该能力在信息化建设中的重要性。Puts forward that the capability to implement and apply information system is the source of successful infor-mationization, Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator CO.
