岛状皮瓣在颊癌术后缺损修复的应用——附9例报告

摘　　要：目的　推广岛状皮瓣在颊癌术后缺损修复中的应用。　方法　颊癌扩大切除术后 ,根据缺损的情况分别采用全额岛状皮瓣、胸三角皮瓣及全额岛状皮瓣结合皮片移植的方法修复。　结果　本组 9例 ,皮肤缺损最大 6cm×5cm ,颊粘膜缺损最大 ,10cm× 6cm。采用全额岛状瓣修复 5例 ,全额岛状皮瓣与胸三角皮瓣瓦合修复 2例 ,全额岛状皮瓣结合皮片移植 2例 ,1例全额岛状皮瓣坏死 ,其余皮瓣均成活 ,功能及外形恢复满意。　结论　岛状皮瓣是修复颊部缺损的较好方法 。Objective To apply island skin flap for repairing the defect after buccal cancer agrressive resection. Methods Nine cases were treated.The maximum defect of skin and buccal mucous membrane are 6cm×5cm and 10cm×6cm.Frontal island flaps were used in five cases,frontal flap and deltopectoral skin flaps were used in two cases and frontal flap combined with skin flaps were used in two cases. Results The flaps survived in eight cases with a satisfactory appearance and function.A frontal flap in one case was necrotic. Conclusion Island flap is a good choice for repairing of buccal defect,and the frontal island flap is the best one.
