摘　　要：目的 :观察信号分子Sonichedgehog(Shh)在小鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚发育晚期的基因表达 ,探讨其在成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞分化中的作用。方法 :制备昆明小鼠磨牙牙胚发育晚期 (E1 6 .5～P1 .5)标本 ,用原位杂交法分析ShhmRNA在牙胚中的表达和分布。结果 :ShhmRNA在牙胚发育晚期的前成釉细胞和中间层细胞呈阳性表达 ,在成牙本质细胞层表达较弱。结论 :在牙胚发育晚期 ,Shh可能通过自分泌途径和旁分泌途径 。AIM:To investigate the temporal and spatial e xpression of Shh mRNA in late stage of tooth development in mouse and discus s its role in cytodifferentiation of amelololast and odontoblast.M ETHODS:The embryo- nic mouse mandibles of late stage of developm ental tooth (E16.5～P1.5) were obtained and 5 μm serial sections were made.The expression pattern of Shh mRNA was analysed by means of in situ hybridi zation.RESULTS:Shh mRNA was expressed strongly in the inne r dental epithelium,stratum intermedium and expressed weakly in the odontoblast during the late developmental stage of tooth.CONCLUSION:Shh may participate in the differentiation of ameloblast and odontoblast as a pa racrine and autocrine signaling molecule.
