摘　　要：真菌毒素的生物测定方法是毒素研究的关键,本文从整株,组织器官、细胞、细胞器,酶活性以及代谢途径等不同水平将连续介绍30余种常用的毒素生物测定方法的程序及研究概况,为真菌毒素的定量及应用的深入研究奠定基础。The bioassays of mycotoxin are the key research on toxin. More than 80 different kinds of method in bioassay on plant, organ and tissue, cell, cell organelle, enzyme activity to metaboliting process level will be introduced by anthers in succession so as to lay a foundation for quantitative and thorough ressarch on mycotoxin.
