摘　　要：分析了地理信息系统(GIS)在城市电网规划应用中的特点,开发了一个基于地理信息系统的城市电网规划软件包,并以此为例说明了地理信息在城市电网规划中的应用。介绍了该软件包的总体结构,基本算法和主要实现的功能。该软件包用Delphi开发,界面友好,并提供了专家干预模式,经实例计算表明,本软件包性能稳定,计算迅速,并且充分利用了GIS的特点,使得规划结果更加准确,更加直观,更加实用。The features of GIS,Geographical Information System, applied in urban distribution network planning are analyzed in this paper.An o ptimization software package which based on GIS is designed.And it is exemplifi ed to illustrate the application of GIS in urban distribution network planning. The structure,basic algorithms and main functions of this software package are described.This software package is developed with Delphi language,and it has a friendly interface,provide a specialist consulting mode.It has been proved b y some practical examples that this package can work steadily and rapidly.And t his package takes advantage of GIS,so that the results are more accurate,intui tional and practical.
