摘　　要：从现行陆基系统的局限性入手,着重述及新航行系统CNS/ATM迅速发展的必然、明显效益及其技术基础,阐述了系统构成及工作原理,并对系统特点和关键技术作了扼要分析,最后简介了系统的发展概况。Based on the limitation of the Current Terrestrial System, the necessity of the future Air Navigation System CNS/ATM being developed rapidly, its significant economic benefits and its technical basis are mainly described. Then, the system composition and operation principle are presented, the characteristic and key techniques of this system are analyzed as well. Finally, the developments of this system are introduced.
