摘　　要：目的研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfac-tor,bFGF)在大鼠短暂大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌注后不同时点表达的变化,进一步探讨bFGF对局灶性脑缺血的脑保护作用,为治疗缺血性脑血管病提供实验基础和依据。方法采用栓线法MCAO动物模型,通过免疫组化方法观察bFGF的表达情况。结果免疫阳性细胞主要在神经元和神经胶质细胞中的表达,bFGF在缺血再灌注后6h开始表达,1d时达高峰,3d时开始下降,7d时有少量表达。结论短暂MCAO后bFGF表达上调,提示bFGF的表达增加对缺血脑组织有保护作用。Aim The objective of this research is to i nvestingate bFGF expression and celluar dislocztion at different time after transient in ducton of focal cerebral ischemia.and insp ect the bFGF experiment Base to is-chemic cerebral vascular disease.Methods I use a transient middle cer-bral artery(MAC)occlusion model.And observe the bFG F' s express through immuno chemistry.Result bFGF immume positive cell expressed in neuron and ganglial cell.Expression of bFGF immune positive cell in-creased obviously at 6h,the express ion got to climax at first day,de-creased from third day,and had only a less expression at 7th d.Conclusion In transiant cerebral ischemia early expression regulation of bFGF indication bFGFcould alleviate ischemic cerebral injury and pro-tect brain tissue.SUBJECT WORDS:infarction,mikkle cerebral artery;models,animal;reper-fusion injury;fibroblast growth fa ctor,basic
