摘  要:目的:对 4种不同材料嵌体与牙体间的微渗漏进行比较评价 ,为临床选择嵌体材料提供参考依据。 方法 :在 6 4颗离体牙上备洞 ,分别用水晶瓷、复合树脂、银钯合金、镍铬合金 4种不同材料制作嵌体。经温度循环、染料染色后纵剖牙体 ,在体视显微镜下测量微渗漏。 结果 :水晶瓷嵌体、复合树脂嵌体与牙体间的微渗漏最小 ,银钯合金嵌体与牙体间的微渗漏次之 ,镍铬合金嵌体与牙体间的微渗漏最明显。结论:水晶瓷嵌体、复合树脂嵌体及银钯合金嵌体可满足临床修复的需要。Objective: To compare microleakage between dental cavity and inlays made from four different materials. Some important informations were obtained to help selecting materials for inlays. Methods: 64 extracted human premolars were prepared and then restored with inlays made from four different restorative materials. All specimens were thermal cycled, stained with dye and then sectioned. The depth of dye penetration was measured under stereomicroscope. Results: Among four groups, the inlays made from Scueptuce and Charisma had the least microleakage, and they all performed better than inlays made from Ag Pd alloys, which showed less microleakage than inlays made from Ni Cr alloys. Conclusions: The inlays made from Scueptuce, Charisma and Ag Cr alloy can meet the need of clinical restoration. When Ni Cr alloy inlays are used, some suitable bonding agents should be selected.
