奥曲肽与垂体后叶素联用酚妥拉明治疗食管静脉曲张出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥曲肽与垂体后叶素联用酚妥拉明治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血的疗效。方法:选择本院1986～ 2 0 0 2年胃镜下诊断的食管静脉曲张出血的病人共 4 9例 ,2 7例为奥曲肽治疗组 ,2 2例为垂体后叶素联用酚妥拉明组 ,对疗效进行对比分析。结果:奥曲肽组 72 h总止血率略优于联用组 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,病死率和并发症也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objetive: To investigate the efficacy of octreotide and vasopressin in combination with phentolamine in controlling acute esophageal variceal hemorrhage. Methods: The materials of endoscopically diagonosed EVB in 49 patients between 1986 and 2002 were collected and reviewed. 27 patients were treated with octreotide and 22 patients with vasopressin in combination with phentolamine. Results: The two groups were simillar in base line. The controll of bleeding by octreotide in 72 h was 62.96%, higher than that of vasopressin in combination with phentolamine (40.91%). But no significant difference (0.25>P>0.10). No significant difference in fatality and complication were observed between two groups. Conclusions: These results show that both treatments were effective in controlling EVB in cirrhotic patients.
