高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌的初步临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗胰腺癌的安全性和有效性。方法 :8例胰腺癌患者行 HIFU治疗 ,观察患者生命体征、重要脏器功能、影像学检查 (CT或 MRI等 )、并发症和肿瘤转归的情况。结果 :所有患者生命体征平稳 ,肝、肾功能正常 ,无胰腺炎、胃肠道损伤等相关并发症出现 ,4例腰背部疼痛 3例 HIFU治疗后症状消失 ,MRI检查显示 HIFU治疗区内组织呈凝固性坏死表现。结论 :HIFU治疗是一种安全。Objective:To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of HIFU treatment of pancreatic cancer.Methods:Eight cases with pancreatic cancer were treated with HIFU treatment The vital signs, main organs' function, examinations of CT or MRI, complications and tumor outcome were all observed.Results:All patients' vital signs were steady and the functions of liver and kidney were kept normal Three cases appeared skin injury with degree Ⅱ All cases had no complications of pancreatitis and gastrointestinal injury Four cases had the pain localized in the region of the middle and upper back before HIFU treatment After HIFU treatment, the pain disappeared in 3 cases The MRI examination showed that the tissue in target area had an appearance with coagulated necrosis.Conclusions:HIFU treatment is safe and effective in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
