摘　　要：This paper briefly introduces the development status of enterprise resources planning (ERP)in China and abroad and its key technology. A 3-tier architecture frame based Browser/Server (B/S)Architecture is proposed and the key technology is described in detail ,including component ,Middleware ,Database ,network security and etc. At the end of this paper an ERP system based the platform of SAP is also given.This paper briefly introduces the development status of enterprise resources planning (ERP)in China and abroad and its key technology.
