摘  要:国有企业经营管理者任职生命周期,是指国有企业经营管理者在经营管理活动过程中,随着任职时间的长短,其经营业绩呈现初期上升、后期下降的变化趋势。企业本身就是制度的产物,而国企经管者任职生命周期就是企业制度变迁的过程,并逐渐演变,形成四个阶段:磨合期、上升期、成熟期和衰退期。The concept of the post lifecycle of state-owned enterprise operators explored the trend that their management achievement raising at the initial stages,dropping at the anaphase when they hold the post.The enterprises were originally produced by the system,and the post lifecycle of state-owned enterprise operators was the process of the enterprise institutional change.Four stages which were grinding,climbing,maturing and waning were evolved.
