摘  要:目的 :探讨 NHL 患者骨髓细胞 DNA倍体类型与细胞动力学参数之间的关系。方法 :采用流式细胞术对尚未进行化疗的 32 7例 NHL 患者骨髓细胞 DNA含量进行了检测 ,并分析DNA倍体类型与细胞凋亡 (Apo)水平及 S-期细胞比率 (SPF)的关系。结果 :NHL 患者骨髓细胞 DNA倍体类型分为二倍体 (D,136例 ) ,异倍体 (H,191例 )。患者骨髓细胞 Apo检出率显著低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 SPF比率却显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。二倍体 NHL 患者骨髓 Apo检出率显著高于异倍体肿瘤组织 (P<0 .0 1) ,SPF比率显著低于异倍体组织 (P<0 .0 1)。在 NHL 患者骨髓细胞中 ,含有不同数量异倍体克隆者的 Apo检出率和 SPF比率均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 SPF升高者的骨髓细胞的 Apo和 DNA异倍体检出率均显著低于 SPF降低者 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :NHL 能导致患者骨髓细胞 Apo水平显著降低 ,细胞增生活性显著增加。而且这些变化与肿瘤组织倍体类型和Objective:To study relativity between DNA ploid types and param enter of cellular kinetics of bone m arrow in patients with non- Hodgkin's L ym phom a(NHL ) .Methods:DNA contentin bone m arrow cells were measured from32 7patients with NHL after lim ination chem otherapy by flow cytom etry.The relation were analysed between DNA ploid types and the percentage of apoptosis (Apo) and S- phase fraction(SPF) .Results:The DNA ploid of bone warrow cells were classified as diploidy(D,136 cases) and heteroploidy(H,191cases) .The expression rate of Apo in bone m arrow cells from patients with NHL was lower than this of norm al control group(P<0 .0 1) .The percent- age of SPF in bone m arrow cells from patients with NHL was higher than that of norm al control group (P<0 .0 1) .The precentage of Apo of H bone marrow was lower than this of D bone m arrow (P<0 .0 1) .The percentage of SPF in H bonw m arrow was higher than this of D bone m arrow(P< 0 .0 1) .In H ploid types of bone marrow,the percentage of Apo cells and SPF cells were significant differentiation among different number of DNA H colony in bone m arrow cells(P<0 .0 1) .The per- centag of Apo and H from patients with SPF↑ were lower than those from patints with SPF↓ (P< 0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:It is m ay induced significal decreasing of Apo percentage and significal increasing of SPF in bone marrow cells from patients with NHL .The relation between these changes in bone marrow cells and DNA ploidy types and num ber of DNA H colony were very close.
