摘  要:目的 探索用健康教育的方法纠正儿童的不良饮食习惯以控制营养不良的发生 ,为制定改善儿童健康的策略提供科学依据。方法 在福建经济发展水平不同的 2个县共抽取 196 2名学生及其家长作问卷调查 ,同时对小学生进行体检 ,然后分成实验组 10 2 3人和对照组 939人 ,对实验组学生进行 1学年的健康教育干预。结果 干预前小学生及其家长的营养知识知晓率低下 ,小学生营养不良率达36 .8% ,贫血患病率达 4 2 .5%。经过干预 ,学生和家长营养知识知晓率上升 ,学生营养不良率显著下降。结论 健康教育干预是改善儿童营养状况的有效手段 。Objective To explore the effects of health education in correcting unhealthy eating habits of children and to control the occurrence of malnutrition, and to provide scientific evidence for developing strategies.Methods A questionnaire investigation was performed among 1 962 student-parent dyads selected from two counties with different economic levels in Fujian province, students were provided the physical examination. Then, all students were divided into two groups, one received health education and another was taken as a control. After intervention, the differences in the prevalence rates of anemia, malnutrition and obesity between two groups were analyzed. Results Before intervention, the nutrition knowledge levels of children and parents were lower. The prevalence rates of malnutrition and anemia were 36.8% and 42.5% among students. After intervention, the nutrition knowledge levels of children and parents raised, the malnutrition prevalence rate decreased significantly.Conclusions Health education is an effective ways for amelioration of child nutrition. More attention should be paid to nutrition education, given to primary school students and their parents, and behavior modification.
