摘　　要：目的 探讨青年人胃癌两性的内镜及病理特点。方法 对1975年1月至2002年1月经我院胃镜检出、并经病理确诊的67例年龄≤35a的胃癌进行总结,并就其发病部位、大体类型及病理结果进行比较、分析。结果 67例青年人胃癌中,两性在内镜表现及病理类型上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 青年人胃癌中,男女两性的内镜特点及病理类型无差异,而恶性度高、预后差是其共同特点。Objective To investigate the endoscopic and pathological features of gastric cancer of yong persons. Methods 67 cases were found suffering from gastric cancer who were younger than 35 years old were analysed in detail,and the difference of location, pathological classification between sexes were compared. Results There were no difference in feature of gastroscope and pathologic classification between male and femal (P >0. 05). Conclusions The gastric cancer in the younth tend to highmalignance and have doubtful prognosis.
