摘　　要：我国电力需求处于快速成长的阶段。对应于电力需求增长型的电力市场与成熟型的市场提出了电网规划建设的基本原则,并阐述了这些原则的具体运用。The demand of electricity is situated in a rapid increasing period. The basic principles of power system planning were put forward, and the applications in practice were given under the growing electricity demand condition.
