免疫金银法检测活检肺癌组织中GST同工酶及其意义

摘　　要：用免疫金银法检测了24例活检肺癌组织中谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(Glutathione S-transfe-Tase,GST)π类和μ类的表达水平。鳞癌和腺癌的GST-π阳性率分别为100%(9/9)和80%(4/5),GST-μ阳性率分别为78%(7/9)和80%(4/5),10例小细胞癌中两类GST均为阴性。GST-π和GST-μ可能是非小细胞癌较有希望的标志酶。癌细胞中GST同功酶的高表达可能与抗药性有关。Expression of GST-π and GST-μ in 24' cases of human lung carcinoma tissues taken from biopsy was investigated with immunogold-silver staining. Squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were stained positively for GST-π at the rates of 100%(9/9) and 80%(4/5), and for GST-μ at the rates of 78% (7/9) and 80% (4/5) respectively. The two classes of GST isoenzymes were shown negatively in all the 10 cases of small cell carcinomas. The results indicate that GST-π and GST-μ may be helpful markers for non-small cell type lung carcinomas, and the enhanced expression of GST isoenzymes in carcinoma cells may be related to drug resistance.
