急性胆道感染的超声显像分析

摘　　要：对31例急性胆囊炎和5例急性化脓性胆管炎的声像图进行分析,结果表明,急性胆囊炎的声像图为胆囊肿大,张力增高,囊壁毛糙、增厚或不厚,囊内可见点、片状中等回声;急性化脓性胆管炎声像图为肝内、外胆管扩张,壁毛糙、增厚,回声增强,胆总管内有胆泥和浓汁。The ultrasonic characteristics of thirtyone patients with acute cholecysititis and five patients with acute pyogenic cholangitis (all confirmed by operation and pathology)are analyzed retrospectively The sonographic features of acute cholecystitis include gall bladder enlargement, wall tension increase,roughened and thickened (or thinned) walls,and dot or piecelike echo debris within the gall bladder. The sonographic features of acute pyogenic cholangitis include intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct dilatation, wall echo increase and irregularity,roughened and thickened duct walls,and presence of pus debris The ultrasonic diagnosis is of great clinical value for acute biliary infection.
