摘  要:目的探讨B细胞淋巴瘤 /白血病 2 (B celllymphoma/leukemia 2 ,BCL 2 )基因及B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病 x基因长片段 (B celllymphoma/keukemia x ,long ,BCL x1)在喉鳞状细胞癌细胞中的表达及应用干扰素 α对其表达的影响。方法采用SABC免疫组织化学染色 ,观察比较干扰素治疗 1 0周后喉癌组织( 2 5例 )和未治疗组 ( 2 7例 )喉癌组织中喉鳞状细胞中BCL x1、BCL 2蛋白的表达。结果①治疗组喉癌组织中BCL x1表达OD值为 0 .1 2 ,未治疗组OD值为 0 .2 1 ,两组表达率差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;② 5 2例喉癌组织中均无BCL 2蛋白表达。结论BCL x1可能在喉癌细胞凋亡中发挥抗凋亡作用 ,干扰素 α可能通过抑制BCLObjective To investigate the protein expression of B cell lymphoma/leukemia 2 (BCL 2) and B cell lymphoma/leukemia x long (BCL x 1) in laryngeal squamous cell caranoma.Methods Using immunohistochemical method,the protein expression of BCL x 1 and BCL 2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma from patients treated with interferon α and patients without any treatment were compared.Results ① The OD of the propein expression of BCL x 1 on patients with treatment was 0.12,whereas that on patients without treatment was 0.21,the difference between these two grous was significant(P<0.05).②No protein expression of BCL 2 was observed in all 52 patients.Conclusion These data suggest that BCL x 1,may act as an anti apoptotic factor in largngeal squamous cell carcinoma and interferon 2 induce apoptotic process through suppressing the expression of BCL x 1.
