摘　　要：本文全面回顾了我国高等学校结算中心发展沿革及现状,剖析了高校结算中心内部管理体制和职能,提出了高校资金结算中心未来的投资理财思路和模式以及在发展和控制风险上应把握的几大关系。This paper first reviews the development evolution and the current situation of the settlement center of fund of higher learning institutions, then analyzes the management system and function inside the center, and finally puts forward the train of thought and mode of money management and investment matters of the center in the future and analyzes several great relations that should be held on development and risk controlling.
