摘　　要：本文通过剖析普通程序简易化审理方式 ,比较普通程序简易化审理方式和简易程序审理方式的异同 ,揭示普通程序简易化审理方式的弊端 ,得出应摒弃普通程序简易化审理方式和重建简易程序的结论 。The article makes a comparison between general procedure and summary procedure, reveals the defects of simplified ways of hearing of general procedure, then draws a conclusion of abolishing simplified ways of hearing of general procedure and rebuilding summary procedure, and raises several conceptions.
