卵巢癌腹腔、静脉双途径联合化疗疗效分析

摘　　要：从1987年9月至1990年6月,我们采用DDP腹腔给药,5-FU、CTX、硫代硫酸钠静脉给药的方法治疗34例卵巢上皮性癌,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期9例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期25例。平均化疗5个疗程,DDP总量600mg。全组病人平均生存24.5个月,三年生存率50％;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人平均生存21.5个月.三年生存率25％。病人出现毒副作用较轻,无肾脏损害。From Sep. 1987 to July 1990,34 patients with ovarian cancer were treated with DDP administered intraperitoneally and with CTX,5-FU and sodium thiosulfate given intravenously. On the average 5 treatment courses were given. The mean total does of DDP used was 600mg. In the series,9 patients were in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ ; while 25 patients were in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. An average of 24. 5 months of survival was seen in all of them; while the mean of 21. 5 months of survival was observed in the patients of stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ. The 3-year survival rate of the whole series and that of the patients in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ were 50% and 25% respectively. The toxicity was mild and no patient had ever developed any nephrotoxicity.
