人上颌窦癌体外细胞培养初步报告

摘　　要：我们将11例人上颌窦低分化鳞状细胞癌进行体外细胞培养,除1例未生长外,其余10例均见生长。培养人癌细胞存活时间。最长者达18天零3小时,最短苦为8天。其中1例在作直接培养的同时,取部分组织先经裸小鼠体内移植生长后,再作体外细胞培养,培养细胞最长存活时间达27天,最短存活时间为10天。实验表明,体外培养人上颌窦癌细胞在一定时间内生长良好,可望建立单纯稳定的细胞系,并为进一步探讨上颌窦癌的生物学特性及进行药物筛选研究提供有利条件。Eleven cases of human maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma were cultured in vitro,and the growth was seen in 10 cases with the exception of one case. The longest survival period of cells from the human carcinomas in culture was 18 days and 3 hours. The shortest was 8 days. For one case,its cell culture in vitre was taken after its partial tissues were cut off during the direct culture and transplanted into nude mice for growth. The longest suvival period of the cultured cells was 27 days and the shortest, 10 days. Experiments show that the cells of human maxillary sinus carcinoma cultured in vitro can grow very well within a certain time and be expected to establish a single constant series of cells and to provide favourable conditions for further study of the biological features of human maxillary sinus carcinoma and of drug selection.
