摘　　要：需要是人的积极性的基础和源泉,研究分析健美专项课学生的心理需要,依据需要发展、变化的条件,营造了生动活泼的教学氛围,帮助学生实现自我超越,满足每个学生强身健体、塑造优美体型的心理需要是健美专项课成败的关键。Needs is the base and fountion of a person initiative, first, do resea rch and analysis the mental needs of students who attend specialized course call ed bodybuilding. Then according to the factors which affect the development and change of the needs, you can form the vivid and vigorous teaching environment he lp the students make selfimprovement as well as satisfy students＇mental needs for being healthy and strong, and building up a good physique. These are undoub tedly the keys to the success of this course.
