摘　　要：概述了现阶段高校图书馆员的素质状况,分析了21世纪对高校图书馆员的素质要求,并提出了提高馆员素质的具体内容及途径。This paper expounds the situation of the quality of liberians of university library at present, analyses on the requirement of 21st century for liberians of university library, and puts forward the concrete contents and channels of increasing the quality of liberians.
