摘　　要：目的:探讨行阑尾输出道可控性回盲结肠膀胱手术前后的护理要点和方法。方法:对10例行阑尾输出道可控性回盲结肠膀胱术的患者,术前认真进行心理护理与肠道准备,术后加强口腔及多种引流管的护理与观察,康复期做好自我护理的宣教,并积极预防术后并发症。结果:10例患者术后各种导管拔管顺利,自行导尿效果佳。结论:阑尾输出道可控性回盲结肠膀胱手术前后的护理对手术成功尤为重要。Purpose: To investigate the nursing principles and best methods for the patients of appendix as a conduit in continent ileocolic diversion. Methods: 10 patients were carried out psychotherapy and bowel preparation before operation. Post-operation care emphasis on mouth and multiple drainages nursing and observation. Meanwhile instruction is necessary as well as preventing postoperative complication. Results: The drainages were successfully removed in these 10 patients. Urine is emptied at intervals by patient self-catheterization. Conclusion: Pre- and post- operative nursing care is very important for these patients treated with the continent cathertering ileocolic diversion.
