摘　　要：计算机网络的发展和数字信息的多样化对信息保密技术提出了新的要求,人们在已有的加密算法的基础上开始着手研究新的加密方法以满足不同类型数据的保密要求。文章针对图像数据的特点(包括静态图像和MEPG动态图像),提出了图像频域加密算法,与传统的加密算法不同的是该算法不对图像文件数据全盘加密,仅在频域上对图像的数据进行有选择的加密。With the developing of the computer ne tw ork and the deversifing of the digital information,it has put for-word new ch allenge to the technology of the information secrecy because the traditional enc ryption method has not met with the requirement.The research has begun in order to find new encryption algorithm for special data.This paper,proposes a encry ption algorithm for image in the frequency domain.It does not encrypt all the image data,only encypt part of them in the frequency domain.
