摘  要:人格教育是一个古老而又现实的话题。随着社会的发展,人们价值观正趋于多元化。教育改革的深化使得人格教育愈显重要。人格教育注重人格品质的教育,其目的是促进个体健全人格的形成,使个体的认知、情感、意志、价值观、行为达到和谐的发展,使人最大限度地发挥潜能,自觉地将人类文明成果内化为自身独特的素养,使人的个性充分发展,从而适应社会并推动社会与之共同发展。Personality education is an old and a practical topic. With the social development, people's views of value tend to vary from person to person. The more deeply the educational reforms are carried out, the more important personality education becomes. Personality education kys an emphasis on the education of personal qualities, the purpose of which is to encourage the development of a sane personality of individuals so that cognition, emotion, wills, views of value and behaviors of an individual can develop harmoniously so as to give play to their utmost potentials and consciously internalize the achievements of human civilization into his own attainment and to cultivate fully his personalities in order to adapt himself to society and to push forward the common development of both individuals and society.
