摘 要:针对煤矿冻结法凿井工程冻结站设备自动化程度低、电能浪费严重的现状,设计热交换节能控制系统,采用模糊控制器对盐水温度和流量进行控制,根据冻结工程实际热交换规模,调节设备运转状态。系统中盐水泵采用变频控制器改变拖动电动机转速调节盐水流量,压缩机组采用合理启停机组实现盐水温度控制,并可按需供给。从实际使用效果看,系统控制性能良好,延长了设备使用寿命,节约了大量电能,降低了施工企业用电成本。According to a low automation degree and serious electric power waste status of the equipments applied in the freezing station of the mine freezing sinking method,the energy saving control system of the heat exchange was designed and a fuzzy controller was applied to control the brine temperature and flow. According to the actual heat exchange scale of the freezing project,the equipment operation status was adjusted. The brine pump in the system would apply a frequency converted controller to change the revolution speed of the driving electric motor to adjust the brine flow,the compressor group would apply rational on-off compressor group to realize the brine temperature control and could make a supply based on the demands. From the actual application effect,the system with excellent control performances could expand the equipment service life,could save great electric power and could reduce the electric power consumption cost of the construction enterprises.
