摘 要:目的 探讨多种营养素联合应用对铅毒性的拮抗作用。方法 采用正交设计以铅对抗氧化系统的影响为检测指标 ,对维生素C、维生素E、维生素B1和B6 及钙、锌、硒、乙酰半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸和牛磺酸等 10种已知对铅毒性有拮抗作用的营养素进行小鼠实验研究。结果 铅引起了小鼠血SOD活性升高和肝GSH含量的下降。营养素干预后 ,某些营养素可明显改善铅引起的氧化应激反应 ,使SOD活性和GSH含量恢复到正常含量 ,以乙酰半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸和维生素B1的作用最明显。本研究未见铅对血GSH Px活性和血清MDA含量产生明显影响。Objective Exploring the joint effects of nutrients against the toxicity of lead.Method Applying orthogonal design,taking the anti-oxidative system as indices,10nutrients were tested by animal experiments.The nutrients are Vitamin C,Vitamin E,Vitamin B 1 ,Vitamin B 6 ,calcium,zinc,selenium,N-acetyl-cysteine,methionine and taurine,which have been known to have the effects against toxicity of lead.Result The activity of SOD in blood increased and the level of GSH in liver were decreased in lead poi-soned mice.The activities of SOD and levels of GSH might restore to normal levels by the intervention of some nutrients,such as N-acetyl-cysteine,methionine and VitB 1 .The effect of lead on the activity of GSH-Px and the level of serum MDA were not found in this research.Conclusion Synergy effect of nutrients against lead poisoning could be achieved by joint administration of multi-nutrients.
