人工晶体术后瞳孔膜用双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁或狄奥宁治疗的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过用双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁或狄奥宁滴眼 ,寻找一种防治人工晶体植入术后瞳孔膜的有效方法。方法 :2 4只成年纯系新西兰白兔的 4 8只眼 ,随机分为 3组 :欢氯灭痛联合狄奥宁治疗组 (A组 ) ;狄奥宁治疗组 (B组 ) ;空白对照组 (C组 )。 4 8只兔眼均行晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术 ,术后 1,3,5 ,7,14 ,2 1,30d定量动态观察工人晶体表面瞳孔膜的情况 ,结果 :A组的瞳孔膜低于B ,C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;B组瞳孔膜低于C组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁或狄奥宁滴眼均能有效治疗人工晶体植入术后瞳孔膜 ,双氯灭痛联合狄奥宁的疗效优于狄奥宁。Objective:To find an effective method for treating fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens (IOL) implantation by diclofenac sodium (DF Na ) combined with dionine or dionine topically. Methods:Forty-eight eyes of twenty-four adult pure bred New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups randomly. Group A: rabbits received DF Na combined with dionine eyedrops; group B: ribbits received dionine eyedrops; group C: controlled. All the eyes received lens extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens. The fibrinous membrane was observed after 1,3,5,7,14,21 and 30 days postoperatively. Results:The fibrinous membrane in group A was less than that in group B and group C( P <0.05).The difference in the fibrinous membrance between group B and group C was also statistically significant( P <0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that both DF Na combined with dionine and dionine eyedrops can treat fibrinous membrane after IOL implantation. The effect of DF Na combined with dionine is better than that of dionine.
