摘  要:目的 了解蜂毒溶血肽的结构、功能和其分子生物学研究进展。方法 综述蜂毒溶血肽的结构和功能特点 ,在医疗、农业及生物膜研究中的应用 ,分离纯化中所存在的问题 ,分子生物学研究进展。结果 蜂毒溶血肽是蜜蜂毒腺产生的一种强碱性有毒多肽 ,其分子立体结构呈短棒状 ,具抗炎、抗辐射作用 ,可在生物膜中形成离子通道 ,从蜂毒中分离的蜂毒溶血肽常被磷脂酶A2 污染 ,蜂毒溶血肽cDNA已被克隆得到。OBJECTIVE The structure, functions and research progress in molecular biology of melittin were realized. METHOD We summarized the structure and functional peculiarities of melittin. Its applications in areas of medicine, agriculture and biomembrane , the problems exsiting in separation and purification, and research progress in molecular biology were all summed up.RESULTS Melittin is a kind of alkali toxic peptide secreted by bee toxic gland. Its molecular spatial structure shows in a shape of short rod. It possesses the functions of anti inflammation, anti radiation and forming the ionic channel in biomembrane. The melittin obtained by routine method is always polluted by phospholipase A 2. CDNA of melittin has been cloned.CONCLUSION Genetic engineering opens up a new way to produce melittin cosmically and put it to use widely.
