摘　　要：目的 探讨功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)与动态血压负荷(Ambulatory blood pressure load,ABPL)的关系。方法 FD患者44例(实验组)和无胃肠道疾病的健康成人31例(对照组),测量其常规血压和动态血压,计算ABPL。结果 FD患者24 h和昼间ABPL,尤其是白天收缩压负荷均高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 FD患者ABPL与正常人不同,功能性消化不良能促进患者动态负荷升高,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the relationship between functional dyspepsia (FD) and ambulatory blood pressure load (ABPL). Methods Conventional blood pressure and ABPL were studied in 44 cases with FD and 31 healthy controls. Results The difference of ABPL between FD patients and healthy controls during 24 hours, and waking hours, especially systolic blood pressure load in waking hours, was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion ABPL is significantly different between patients with FD and healthy controls, which deserves further study.
