应用凝集素对子宫内膜增生过长和子宫内膜腺癌糖基定位亲合细胞化学研究

摘　　要：本文用七种凝集素,以ABC法对子宫内膜增生过长和子宫内膜腺癌进行了糖基定位亲合细胞化学研究。结果为:单纯性增生过长内膜腺体细胞对麦胚(WGA)、蓖麻(RCA)、刀豆(conA)和花生凝集素(PNA)呈轻度亲合阳性反应,少数(5/30)病例对荆豆凝集素(UEA)呈亲合阳性,亲合部位为腔模型。不典型增生对此五种凝素普遍呈阳性反应。囊性增生除以上述五种凝集素有明显阳性反应外,半数病例(15/30)还对大豆凝集素(SBA)呈亲合阳性。两者亲合部位大部分为腔模型,少数为全模型,内膜腺癌则对WGA、RCA、ConA、PNA、UEA、SBA和DBA(双花凝集素)七种均呈亲合阳性,且反应强度越来越强,亲合部位为胞浆型。结果显示,从内膜增生过长到内膜腺癌腺体内所含糖基数量和种类逐渐增多,且定位发生改变(定于整个胞浆)。Adenocarcinoma of endometrial and 3 type of endometrial hyperplasia were studied for their glycosyl—located affinity cytochemistry by ABC method with 7 kinds of agglutinin.It was found that the endometrial cells of simple hyperplasia were slightly positve to WGA (wheat germ agglut),RCA (ricinu communis agglut),ConA (concanevalin agglut),and PNA(peanut agglut),while a few cases (5/30) were positive to UEA(ulex europeaus agglut),Its affinied location was of luminal membrane type.The atypical hypeplasia was generally positive to these ag- glutinins.The cystic hyperplasia was not only highly postive to the 5 agglutinins mentioned above,but also half of the cases(15/30)were positive to SBA(soybean agglut),the affinied locations of these 2 types were mainly of luminal membrane type,only a few cases were of whole membrane type.However,adenocaarcimoma of endometrium was positive to all the 7 aagglutinins—WGA,RCA,ConA,PNA, UEA,SBA and DBA(dolichos biflower aagglut),with increase of the intensity of the reaction in order,and the locations were all of cytoplasm type.The results showed that there was a gradually increase in the quantity and kinds of the glyco- syls from endometrium hyperplasia to adenocarcinoma and moreover,the affinied location had changed—to be in the whole cytoplasm.
