摘 要:采用 D-饱和最优理论设计系统研究了不同温、湿度组合对粘虫蛾飞行能力的影响以及其与不同蛾龄、性别成虫飞行能力之间的关系。拟合的 5日龄蛾吊飞 1 2 h的飞行距离与温、湿度的回归方程式为 :Y=60 .2 0 - 1 6.5 3X1+ 1 .99X2 - 2 6.98X21- 7.0 3X22 - 0 .64X1X2 ( Y代表飞行距离 ( km) ,X1代表温度编码值 ,X2代表相对湿度编码值 )。粘虫蛾飞行的最适温、湿度分别为 1 8.1℃、69.7% RH,适于成虫飞行的适宜温度范围为 1 8~ 2 6℃ ,相对湿度范围为 5 5 %~ 75 % ,高于或低于这些范围 ,成虫飞行能力便会受到不利的影响 ,并且温度对粘虫蛾飞行的影响要比湿度大。这与单因素试验 (温度或湿度 )结果基本一致。成虫飞行能力受温、湿度影响程度会因蛾龄及性别而异 ,高日龄成虫在高温、低湿的条件下飞行能力较低日龄成虫弱。雌蛾在高温条件下的飞行能力比雄蛾强 ,而雄蛾在不适宜的湿度条件下飞行能力较雌蛾强。The Oriental armyworm Mythimna separata (Walker) is a long distance migrator y insect, it has a stronger flight potential whose longest flight distance can r each 1400 km according to the results of Insect mark-Release-Recapture techniq ues. In laboratory it also exhibited stronger flight potential relative to other well known migratory noctuids using tethered-flight, the largest flight dis tance and flight duration exceed 430 km and 40 hours respectively. Although the study on flight capacity affected by various environmental and ecological condit ions such as flight temperature and humidity has formed into relative conclusion s, the results obtained just depended on the unique factor either flight tempera ture or humidity, the integrated effects of flight temperature and humidity on f light capacity have not investigated. On the basis of D-saturation optimum theo retical design test and through computer simulation statistics we obtained the o ptimum scope of combination of flight temperature and humidity and carried out a multifactorial regression equation. The moths exhibited great flight capacity w hen they flew under temperature of 18~22℃ and relative humidity of 65%~85%, But t heir flight capacity was suppressed when the ambient temperature and humidity be yond these scopes. And the multifactorial regression equation derived from the d ata was: %[AKY^]=60^20-16^53X-11^99X-2-26^98X2-1-7^03X2-2-0^64X -1X-2.% Where [AKY^], X-1, X-2 repr esent flight distance of the moth in kilometers, temperature (℃) and relative h umidity (%), respectively. Further studies on the effects of sole factor either temperature or humidity on the moth's flight capacity confirmed these results. E ffects of temperature and humidity on the flight capacity of the moths were, how ever varied with the age and sex of the moths. In generally, young moths were le ss affected than old moths at high temperature and low humidity. Females were le ss affected by temperature but males were less affected by humidity.oths.I
