摘  要:目的 :探讨不同健康教育模式对糖尿病患者血糖影响的比较。方法 :对两个社区的糖尿病患者分别进行小组化教育(A组 )和小组化教育加个体化教育的强化教育 (B组 ) ,测定教育前和教育后 3个月的空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及教育前后各进行 1次问卷调查。结果 :教育前两组空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白及年龄等一般资料无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,具有可比性 ;教育后两组血糖控制状况均较前显著改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,B组较A组控制好 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;问卷调查表明 :教育后两组糖尿病知识得分均有明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,B组优于A组 (P <0 .0 1) ;两组低血糖发生频率均较前有所上升(P <0 .0 1) ,B组较A组显著减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;教育后两组患者对疗效的满意度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :小组化教育加个体化教育的强化教育对糖尿病患者血糖的影响明显优于单纯小组化教育。Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of the different health education models on blood sugar levels of diabetes patients. Method: The diabetes patients living at the two communities were provided the health education in groups (A group) and the group health education and the individual education (B group) respectively. The FBS (fasting blood sugar), blood sugar 2 hours after dinner, and glycoprotein were measured before health education and 3 months after education respectively. At the same time, the questionnaires on diabetes knowledge were completed. Result: The FBS, blood sugar 2 hours after dinner, and glycoprotein were not significantly different between the two groups before the health education (P >0 .0 5 ) .The examinations about the blood sugar and glycoprotein changed signifi cantly better aftere ducation in two groups(P <0 .0 1) ,and those in Bgroup were signifi cantlybetter than thosein Agroup (P <0 .0 5 ) .The levels of know ledgeondiabetes in two groups were in creased aftered ucation (P <0 .0 1) ,and thosein Bgrou were signi ficantly higher than those in Agroup (P <0 .0 5 ) .The rates of hypotension in the two groups were signifi cantly decreased aftered ucation (P <0 .0 1) ,and that in Bgroup was less than that in Agroup (P <0 .0 5 ) .The patientsatis factoryin the two groups was not significantly different after education (P >0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion :The effect of the health education in group and individually was more effective than the health education in group at some respects .
