高半乳糖血症对大鼠晶体上皮细胞膜泵功能的影响

摘  要:①目的 观察高半乳糖血症对大鼠晶体上皮细胞膜Na^+-K^--ATP酶及Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。②方法 设置正常对照组与高半乳糖血症组。高半乳糖血症组腹腔注射D-半乳糖复制大鼠模型,采用无机磷法测定大鼠晶体上皮细胞膜两种酶的活性。③结果 高半乳糖血症组大鼠晶体上皮细胞膜Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性先出现升高,然后下降;Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性则明显下降。④结论 高半乳糖血症致大鼠晶体周围微环境改变,晶体内多种氨基酸丢失,细胞遭受氧化性损伤,最终导致细胞膜酶活性改变。Objective To observe hypergalactonemia's effect on the pump activity of rats' len epithelial membrane. Methods 38 rats(76 eyes) were divided into two groups,nomal control and hypergalactonemia group. After in-trap galactose injected,lens epithelial membrane were obtained. The activities of Na + -K + -ATPase ,Ca2+-ATPase were measured. Result The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase rised at first,then lowed,Ca2+-ATPase lowed obviously. Conclusion Hypergalactonemia made the circumstance around len changed,and at last led to the reduce of activities of Na + -K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in rats' lens epithelial membranes.
