新鲜羊膜移植治疗严重眼表疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗严重眼表疾病的可行性并评价其疗效。方法 :采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗碱烧伤16例 (18眼 ) ,酸烧伤 12例 (14眼 ) ,热烧伤 8例 (8眼 ) ,复发性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡 6例 (6眼 ) ,睑球粘连 8例 (8眼 )。对照组 4 4例 (5 0眼 ) ,采用保守治疗或常规手术治疗。结果 :治疗组疗效明显高于对照组 ,且病程缩短 ,复发率低。结论 :采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗严重眼表疾病疗效明显 。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and the effect of fresh amniotic membrance transplantation(AMT)in treatment of the severe ocular surface disorders.Methods:Sixteen patients(18 eyes)who had alkali burn,12 patients(14 eyes)who had acid burn,8 patients(8 eyes)who had thermal burn,6 patients(6 eyes) who had recurrent Mooren's ulcer,and 8 patients(8 eyes) who had symblepharon were treated with AMT.While in control group 44 patients(50 eyes)were treated with traditional surgery or conservative method.Results:There was a remarked effect in therapeutic group than that in control group.In AMT group,the process was shorten,the reoccur rate was also low.Conclusion:AMT is available method in treating severe ocular surface disorders,which has a evident effect.
