摘　　要：高等教育担负着培养创新人才的重任 ,要求高校更新教育教学观念 ,构建有利于创新人才脱颖而出的环境 ,在育人观念、教学模式、师资队伍建设、学生个性发展、激励机制等方面创造条件。Higher education shoulder responsibility to train innovatory persons of ability, this require colleges and universities to renew sense of education to create conditions in sense of education, in model of education, in construction of teachers, in development of individuality of students and in encouragement mechanism.
