摘　　要：本文通过合同形式的不同分类 ,阐述了合同形式的基本原则 ,进一步揭示了合同形式与合同效力之间的相互关系 。This thesis elaborates the basic principles of contract form through expounding different classification of it. Moreover, the thesis explores the relationship between contract form and contract effect. Thereby the value of contract form and its status in contract law are made clear.
