摘  要:2 0世纪末中国企业管理学的重大理论建树就在于适时引入和应用了该门学科中一系列科学新概念———企业、企业家、经济人、企业文化、人力资本、顾客价值、企业制度创新、知识管理 ,并将经济体制改革前相应的旧概念纳入新概念的评价体系中 ,通过比较分析新情况下旧概念固有的严重缺陷和新概念进步的本质属性 。This essay puts forward that the significant theoretical contribution of the Chinese enterprise management lies in its introduction and application of a series of new scientific concepts at an opportune moment——enterprise, entrepreneur, economic character, corporation culture, human resources, customer value, systematic innovation of enterprises and intelligence management. Furthermore, the evaluation system of the new concepts covers the old relative ones before the economically systematic reform. Through comparative analyses of the intrinsic and serious defects of the old concepts under new circumstances and the advanced and essential properties of the new ones, this essay is bound to interpret the application of the new concepts and its practical significance in the promotion of our enterprise competitiveness.
