脑健冲剂对AD大鼠神经原纤维影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　采用脑健冲剂治疗AD ,观察脑健冲剂对AD大鼠海马神经原纤维的影响。方法　本实验采用D -半乳糖拟衰老 ,Aβ损害联合所致AD模型 ,用脑健冲剂治疗。 结果　脑健冲剂可改善海马神经原纤维的扭曲和增粗。结论　脑健冲剂可治疗AD。Objective we use the naojian inhalant to treat AD and study its effect on Aβof AD rat.Methods The experiment used the aged D-semilactose emergency and the Aβas model animals,and used naojian inhalant to treat AD.Results the naojian inhalant can improve nerve fiber.Conclusions Naojian inhalant has an important role in treating AD.
