无结膜切口小梁切除术治疗青光眼的研究

摘　　要：对 16只家兔眼及 3 0例青光眼患者 ( 3 0眼 )进行了无结膜切口小梁切除术的实验和临床观察。结果表明 ,无结膜切口小梁切除术可减轻术后结膜下纤维化 ,明显降低患者眼内压。随访 8. 3 3个月 ,眼压控制率达 80 %。认为规范的无结膜切口小梁切除手术 ,特别是规范滤道外口制作和角膜瓣缝合操作 。The experimental and clinical studies were made in 16 rabbit′ eyes and 30 glaucoma patients′ eyes. The results showed that trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision minimized the post-operative sub-conjunctive-fibrosis, declined the IOP of glaucoma patients. There were 80% of controlled IOP eyes in the following time of 8.33 months. These suggest that the standard trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision is a good approach for glaucoma surgery. The making of filtring out-opening of passageway and the suturing of corneal cap may play an important rule in improving the IOP controlling effect and descend the surgery complication.
