巨大食管癌的外科治疗(附80例报告)

摘　　要：对 8 0例病变长度超过 8cm的中下段巨大食管癌行手术切除、淋巴结清扫、左颈部吻合术 ,术后辅以顺铂为主的化疗。结果全组无手术死亡及吻合口瘘发生 ,术后 1年生存率 82 .5 % ( 66/ 80 ) ,2年生存率 15 .79% ( 12 /76)。认为对巨大食管癌行手术切除辅以术后化疗 ,可缓解临床症状 ,恢复经口进食 。patients with enormous esophageal carcinoma(length>8cm)were operated and 74 patients were assisted chemotherapy in postoperation .The result showed that no death was occured in all patients,the 1 and 2 years survival rates were 82.5%(66/80) and 15.79%(12/76)respectively.These suggest that operation combined postoperative chemotherapy for the enormous esophageal carcinoma can offer the advantages of relieving the clinical symptoms,recovering the ability of eating by mouth,improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival period of patient.
