摘  要:对常压加热炉的最优操作条件和最优自适应广义预测控制进行研究。维持过剩空气系数在最优值附近 ,能够有效提高常压加热炉的热效率。针对燃烧控制与优化的特殊要求 ,通过在线优化方法得到最优值 ,并采用广义预测控制算法实施控制。引入阶梯式和自校正控制策略后 ,系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力得到改善。In this work,optimal operating conditions for an atmospheric petrochemical furnace and optimal adaptive generalized predictive control algorithm were investigate.It can improve thermal efficiency effectively by keeping excess air coefficient at optimal value.For the special demand of combustion control and optimization,optimal values were found by using on line optimization method,and generalized predictive control algorithm were utilized.After stair like and self tuning control scheme was applied,system becomes more robust and gets strong anti disturbance ability.Practical application shows that the control and optimization system works steadily and has good performance.
