摘  要:目的 探讨人宫颈鳞癌组织的岩藻糖基 (fucose ,Fuc)化的水平及其意义。方法  1992年 1月至 1996年12月采用凝集素组织化学染色技术 ,以能与糖链α -Fuc特异性结合的生物素标记的荆豆凝集素 (biotinylatedulexeuropeausagglutinin ,BUEA)检测了 10 0例宫颈鳞癌、15 0例宫颈不典型增生及 5 0例正常宫颈组织的Fuc表达 ,应用图像分析系统定量分析其表达水平。结果 Fuc在非癌组织中无表达 ,在宫颈癌组织中的表达率为 76 % ,Fuc在细胞分化程度低、临床分期晚、有转移、复发及预后差的患者中的显著高表达 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 Fuc的表达可作为反映宫颈癌恶性潜能和患者预后的一项新的指标。Objective To study the expression of fucose (Fuc) in human cervical squamous carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance.Methods Biotinylated Ulex Europeaus Agglutinin (BUEA),a special binding lectin of Fuc,was used to stain the Fuc in 100 samples of cervical cancer tissues, 150 atypical hyperplasia and 50 normal cervical tissues by means of lectin-histochemical stain technique.The expression of Fuc was detected by image analysis system for quality and quantity analysis.Results The expression of Fuc in non-carcinoma tissues could not be detected,the expression rate in cervical cancer tissues was 76% and the expression of Fuc was significantly high in the patients with poor cell differentiation,advanced stages,metastasis,recurrence,and poor prognosis ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion The expression of Fuc can be used as the new marker for reflecting the cervical malignancy potential and patients'prognosis.
