肿瘤相关粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1/Y与卵巢上皮性肿瘤关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨肿瘤相关粘蛋白MUC1及其同种型MUC1 /Y粘蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的变化特征。方法　采用免疫组化ABC法 ,对 72例卵巢上皮性、浆液性和粘液性肿瘤组织和 8例正常卵巢组织MUC1和MUC1 /Y粘蛋白进行检测。结果　MUC1在卵巢癌中的表达率 ( 80 % )高于良性上皮性肿瘤 ( 4 5 % )和正常卵巢组织 ( 37 5 % ) ,P <0 0 0 5。MUC1 /Y仅在卵巢癌中表达 ,二者高表达 ,与卵巢癌的恶性程度高、组织分化差、癌瘤播散及淋巴结转移有关。结论　MUC1、MUC1 /Y作为一种新型的肿瘤标志物 ,与卵巢癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To explore alterations of tumur-associated mucin MUC1 and MUC1/Y in human ovarian epithelial neoplasm.Methods Immunohistochemistry (ABC) were used to determine the changes of MUC1 and MUC1/Y in 72 cases of human ovarian epithelial tumor tissue and 8 cases of normal ovarian tissue.Results The positive expression rate of MUC1 protein in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was 80%,significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumors(45%) and normal ovarian tissues(37.5%),( P <0.005).MUC1/Y was only expressed in ovarian carcinoma.The high expression rates were both significantly associated with high malignancy,poor differentiation,invasiveness and implantation of ovarian carcinoma and lymph nodes metastasis.The expression of MUC1 at protein level was similar to that at mRNA level.Conclusion As a new tumor marker, the high expression of MUC1 and MUC1/Y is well related to the generation and development of ovarian carcinoma.
