摘　　要：目的 :研究 4 1BBL在几种人肿瘤细胞株上的表达。方法 :用RT PCR法检测肿瘤细胞内 4 1BBLmRNA水平的表达 ;用流式细胞仪检测肿瘤细胞膜表面 4 1BBL的表达。结果 :4 1BBL在Jurkat细胞株上高表达 (98.97% ) ,在HL 6 0和K5 6 2上表达较低 (分别为 2 4 .77%和 19.2 3% ) ,而在HT 2 9细胞株上基本不表达 (2 .13% )。结论 :4Objective:To investigate the expression of 4 1BB ligand(4 1BBL) on several tumor cell lines. Methods:The mRNA of 4 1BBL in several tumor cells were measured by RT PCR technique. The expression of 4 1BBL molecule on some tumor cell lines were detected by flow cytometry. Results:The tumor cell line Jurkat expressed with high level 4 1BBL molecule(98.97%). The expression of 4 1BBL molecule on HL 60 and K562 were 24.77% and 19.23%,respectively. Few HT 29 expressed 4 1BBL molecule(2.13%). Conclusions:The expression level of 4 1BBL molecule on different tumor cell lines is different. [
