血清急性时相蛋白水平与胃癌临床病理的关系

摘　　要：采用 Array特定蛋白分析系统、全自动速率散射比浊法检测 12 0例胃癌患者手术前的血清急性时相蛋白水平 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果显示胃癌患者血清 C-反应蛋白 ( CRP)、α1 -抗胰蛋白酶 ( α1 - AT)和 α-酸性糖蛋白 (α- AG)水平显著高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 0 1) ,其水平与细胞的分化程度差异无显著性 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ;癌细胞浸润胃壁浆膜及肌层组显著高于浸润粘膜及粘膜下层组 ( P <0 .0 1) ;有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组 ( P <0 .0 1) ; 、 期组显著高于 、 期组 ( P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5 )。提示 CRP、α1 - AT和 α- AG在胃癌发展过程中起重要作用 。Serum acute-phase protein levels were measured before curative gastric cancer surgery in 120 cases and it was compared with the control group.Result showed that the C-reactive protein (CRP),α 1-antitrypsin(α 1-AT) and α-acid glycoprotein(α-AG) level were abnormally increased in gastric cancer as compared with control group(P<0.001), no statistically significant correlations were observed between the serum levels of acute-phase proteins and the cells degree of differentiation(P>0.05) and protein levels of CRP,α 1-AT and a-AG in invasion gastric chorion was higher than that of mucous group(P<0.01);Protein levels of CRP,α 1-AT andα-AG in lymph nodes metastases group over expressed(P<0.01);Protein levels of CRP,α 1-AT and α-AG in the stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ tumors was higher than that in stage Ⅰand Ⅱ tumors (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Acute-phase proteins might play great role in the development of gastric cancer, and be closely correlated with the clinical pathological parameters of gastric cancer.
